Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are subject to processing times. The following delivery timeframes may apply. Signed for delivery timeframes are estimated and not always guaranteed. North America is subject to a 2-20 business day delivery time frame. Rest of World is subject to 7-28 business day delivery time frame.

We do not ship express packages to P.O Boxes. Please provide residential addresses or these orders will be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in areas which cannot be serviced by express couriers.

LOCATING YOUR PARCEL

Packages are only classified as “lost” after 30 working days since the estimated time of the arrival of the package. Please email us at contact@eeveerings.com Please note we are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed or where incorrect shipping information has been provided. If your order has been returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to being claimed. We will incur a postage and packaging fee to be resent to the recipient. Please note that a refund for a missing package excludes the shipping fee. All packages are packaged as securely as possible however it is possible that items can be damaged due to the way they are treated within transit. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY ON PURCHASED ITEMS

If you would like a refund/exchange you may contact us through our support
e-mail ( contact@eeveerings.com) with your full name, order number, and the reason you want a refund/exchange.
Please read our returns and exchange policy below and note that the requests need to be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

REFUNDS

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund please account that the refund will be processed with a $5 handling fee, also the customer is responsible to handle the return shipment fee from their local post office back to the address that can be found after emailing us at contact@eeveerings.com. Any questions or help needed such as where to ship the product back to, please send an email to our support email. Once the product has been received, We will issue a refund to you.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to do exchanges due to excessive fees that come from local and international posts offices. If you’d like to exchange your product, we’d recommend going through the refund process and then ordering the new products or sizes that you desire. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.
